Call for Papers

Manuscript guidelines

Symposium Proceedings will be published by IOS Press, Amsterdam, on CD ROM and on the internet. Please read the IOS Press author copyright statement.

Please prepare your mansucripts for the symposium proceedings by using the templates for Word and LateX which are available for download here: instructions-and-tools.zip. Registered authors upload their manuscripts through the Conference Management System. To upload your manuscripts, please login and go to 'My abstracts' on the menue on the left column, click on 'upload fulltext' and follow the instructions.

Important note: The extend of a paper shall not be over 8 pages. Additional pages will be charged 100 Euro per page.

Poster guidelines

When preparing your poster, please consider the Poster preparation guidelines.

Peer-reviewed publications

A submission of manuscripts for reviewed publication in the open access journal EARSeL eProceedings is particularly encouraged.
