Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission guidelines

While submitting an Abstract, please indicate in ConfTool under Remark / Message to the Program Committee and Chairs whether your contribution is for an oral or a poster presentation. Both are considered of equal standing and no distinction is made between them in the Symposium publications. If no instructions are given, the presentation will be scheduled as a poster. If there are too many requests for oral presentations, the scientific committee will select the contributions to be retained as oral presentations.

The Abstract Book will be available to attendees at the workshop registration desk, and will be published at the workshop webpage.

Poster guidelines

When preparing your poster, please consider the Poster preparation guidelines. We would like to bring to your attention the Best Poster Award which will take place during the EARSeL Symposium in Bonn. We kindly invite you to select your favorite poster and vote for the Best Poster. All participants of the conference will evaluate the posters during the Poster Session and will select the best one. The award will be handed over at the closing session of the Symposium on Friday, 24 June 2016. The filled in forms should be put in a ballot-box during the Poser Session.
